If you have booked your place on our retreat and find that you need to cancel, the following policy will come into effect…
+60 days - a 30% non-refundable deposit will be taken and the balance refunded to you.
-60 days - the full cost of the retreat will be charged.
+60 Days - a 30% non-refundable deposit will be taken.
-60 days - the total cost of the retreat will be charged and payment will still be due in line with your payment plan.
Any refunds for either payment option will be returned to you in the manner in which they were paid ie - returned to the same credit/debit card.
Covid related cancellations:
We recognise that Covid-19 is still very much with us and we would ask you to take an LFT before attending this retreat. If you do test positive, then we will refund your booking, minus a 30% deposit, which can be transferred to another of our training courses or retreats.
We endeavour to be as understanding as possible with regard to exceptional circumstances, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have a genuine need and we will work to find a solution with you.
If we cancel:
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat for any reason. This would only happen in exceptional circumstances resulting in us not being able to offer the retreat as advertised, or if the minimum number of people to run the retreat is not met or in the case of Force Majeure.
If this does occur you will be refunded in full and we will notify you as soon as possible.
