Terms and Conditions: Membership Subscription (Immediate Start)

1. Membership & Fees

1.1 Immediate Start: Your membership commences immediately upon successful payment.

1.2 Fees: By signing up, you agree to pay the fees associated with the plan you selected:

• Monthly Plan: £25.00 per month; or
• Annual Plan: £275.00 per year.
  1.3 Payment Authorization: You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method immediately for the full amount of the first period (£25 or £275).

2. Automatic Renewal

2.1 Recurring Billing: To ensure uninterrupted service, your membership is set to automatically renew.

• Monthly Memberships renew every month on the anniversary of your sign-up date.
• Annual Memberships renew every year on the anniversary of your sign-up date.
  2.2 Authorization: Unless you cancel before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the membership fee for the next billing cycle to your payment method on file.

3. Notifications (Annual Plans)

3.1 If you are on an Annual Plan (£275/year), we will send you a reminder email [3-7] days before your renewal date. This email will notify you of the upcoming charge and provide a link to cancel if you do not wish to renew.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings page [Insert Link] or by contacting support at [Insert Email].

4.2 Cancellation Effect:

• Monthly Plans: If you cancel after your 14-day cooling-off period (see Section 5), your membership will remain active until the end of the current paid month. You will not be charged for the following month.
• Annual Plans: If you cancel after your 14-day cooling-off period, your membership will remain active until the end of the current paid year.

5. Statutory Cooling-Off Period (Right of Withdrawal)

5.1 The 14-Day Right: Under UK and EU consumer laws, you have a statutory right to change your mind and withdraw from this contract within 14 days of your initial purchase, without giving a reason.

5.2 Requesting a Refund: To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by emailing [Insert Email] or using the cancellation tool in your account within the 14-day window.

5.3 Service Used During Cooling-Off:

• By signing up and logging in immediately, you are requesting that the service begins during the 14-day cancellation period.
• If you cancel within these 14 days, we will refund you, but we reserve the right to deduct a pro-rata amount for the days you had access to the service up until the time you told us you wanted to cancel.
• (Note: If your membership is purely for downloading digital content, e.g., PDFs/Files, different rules may apply where the right to refund is lost upon downloading. If this is a general service/access membership, the pro-rata rule above is standard).

6. Refunds Outside the Cooling-Off Period

6.1 After the initial 14-day cooling-off period has passed, payments are generally non-refundable.

6.2 We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unused time (e.g., if you forget to cancel a monthly plan and request a refund 5 days later).
